Volunteering Work
Hello everyone.
Rick Toh has sent you all an email, please go and check it. Here's what he wrote:
"Hi guys,
Your class has been appointed to participate in the Asian Youth Game to perform the following roles:
1. Application Support/AYG Website. AYG Website Data Entry Personnel will also assist in uploading of information on website
2. Technical Support for 9 competition venues. There will be experienced IT staff overseeing these 9 competition venues (there are 12 in total).
3. Period of involvement: 22 June to 8 July 09.
This means your SIP will begin a little later than the rest.
Attach is a volunteer database list which I urgently need your help to update this couple of days. Please email me back the excel sheet asap.
In addition there will be a training THIS SATURDAY (15th May) from 9am – 3pm. Please let me know if you can/can’t make it.
Please state reason. Thanks.

1 - Fill up the excel form sent by rick toh within 2 days and send it back to him.
2 - Confirm with Rick Toh if you will be free on Saturday.

In view of the flu alert, MOE instructed all IHLs to commence temperature checks on Monday, 4 May 2009 morning.
All students are required to bring their personal oral digital thermometer to school from Monday 4 May onwards.
