Rendering?

Well, I thought of posting this up on how to render your whole damn animation, so here goes.

NOTE: Levon will not be responsible for any damages to self(mentally or physically), computer, or the environment when following these procedures that I took lol. And if you spot any mistake(s) of mine please correct me at the tagbox lol.

1) Window > Rendering Editors > Rendering Settings
2) Render Using: Maya Software
3) Under the "Common" tab,

File name prefix: [any name you wish]
Frame Animation ext: name.#.ext
Image format: JPEG

Start Frame: 1
End Frame: [your final frame]
By Frame: 1.00
Frame Padding: [the digits for ur final frame, if you have 700 frames it's 3, if you have 1000+ frames it's 4, if you have 10,000+ frames it's 5]

Renderable Camera: [name of your camera]

Presets: Custom
Pixels Aspect
Width: 720
Height: 576
Size units: pixels

[other things I left them default]

Optional: Go change from the "common" tab to the "maya software" tab for motion blur, etc.

After all those settings are done, go Rendering mode, then Render > Batch Render Options. Tick the use all processors if you are not doing anything else for the fastest render, or use some of your processors to render and the rest to play Maplestory. Click Batch Render.

Don't panic and scream "WTF NOTHING HAPPENED AFTER CLICKING!". Go documents > maya > projects > default > images to retrieve all the JPEG images that you have rendered. Good Luck lol.
