Just saw this video.
It's mainly talking about how HAARP is the cause of earthquake, but I have no idea about the credibility of it but I find it rather .. scary. -_-!
The first few minutes are basically talking about what is HAARP by this guy and then another guy who looks like HRG (Heroes, LOL) but the last couple of minutes are the climax lah.
